CONFERENCE CALL RECORDINGS WILL BE AVAILABLE THE DAY AFTER THE CONFERENCE CALL TAKES PLACE.

To listen to our conference call playback via the Internet or over the phone, follow these instructions:

Playback via the Internet
1. To access the conference call on the internet, click on the link below or paste the entire URL into your browser:
(See the link below these instructions. There is a different link for each conference call)
2. At the prompt, enter your name and email address
3. Click "Submit". The playback will begin.

Playback by Phone
1. To access the conference call by phone, dial the phone number shown:
     US/Canada - 888-899-7904
2. At the prompt, enter the Playback ID followed by the pound sign #:
     (See the playback ID below these instructions. There is a different ID for each conference call.)
3. The playback will begin.

The following keypad commands are available during the conference playback:
3      Fast forward 30 seconds
7      Rewind 30 seconds
#      Pause/Resume playback
*      Exit playback
